Hello, I’m Hannah. I founded White Flamingo after nearly two decades working in senior commercial and leadership roles across businesses ranging from fast-growing independents to household names including Adobe, Mazda and Three.
Throughout that time, one pattern kept showing up. The businesses that struggled to grow weren’t struggling because their work wasn’t good enough.
They were struggling because their growth strategy, the way they went to market and the way they presented themselves commercially weren’t working together. Good businesses were losing customers they should have been winning, not because of quality, but because of clarity.
White Flamingo exists to fix that.
We work with businesses at the point where ambition is real but something is quietly getting in the way. Our job is to help them step back, get clear on where they’re actually going, sharpen how they reach and talk to the right customers, and make sure the way their business shows up reflects the quality of what they deliver.
